Roof maintenance:
protecting your investment
Chaffee provides maintenance programs for all completed Chaffee installations. For a small annual fee, we will inspect each roof twice per year and perform any normal maintenance work including drain inspection and cleaning. If any significant issues are found such as accumulated debris or unexpected damage, we will notify the building owner or manager immediately.
With our roof maintenance program we will inspect each roof twice per year.

TPO Roof Membranes
TPO Roof Membranes utilize seams that are fused together using hot air, at approximately 1,000 degrees. Other roof membrane systems rely on double-sided taped seams.

New mechanically fastened TPO membrane over new rigid insulation over a pre-engineered metal roof. Older metal roofs on pre-engineered metal buildings can be easily converted to modern, energy saving white membrane roofs, with long-term warranties.
